Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)

There is a book on the market by Gino Wickman and Tom Bouwer called, “What the Heck is EOS?”. It is a great question and one that we as a Firm were asking three years ago when we first heard about this “system” of making strategic plans for your business and following through with them.

The process of EOS is based off a library of books beginning with a book called “Traction” by Gino Wickman. While none of the concepts or tools contained in the books are rocket science, combined into the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS); they become a road map for businesses to consistently and successfully achieve their strategic goals while making the widgets and paying the people!

While our Firm is not fully “RUNNING” on EOS just yet (we are probably closer to “Slogging” on EOS at this point), we have already seen the benefits of the systematic rhythm of planning and implementation. This system does require a substantial commitment of time and patience and can be financially costly if you choose to work with an implementer; but it has already paid off in dividends.
