How to Help

We LOVE our clients and we know you LOVE us! Here are some friendly reminders of how you can be a huge help to us in preparing your taxes.

1. In addition to all your important tax documents, please be sure to provide your signed engagement letter for 2026.

2. Use the portal for all documents you receive electronically rather than email them (this protects your information and ensures that the files are safe for us to download).

3. If you are bringing your physical documents to the office - NO STAPLES!

4. Please send items that have been scanned rather than pictures taken with your phone. Photos can be hard to read and are much more difficult to work with.

Methods of Delivery:

1. Bring to O&P (110 Roundabout Court, Rocky Mount, NC 27804). Business hours are 8-5 (Monday – Friday).

2. Drop it in the Client Portal.

3. Mail/USPS – Not the best option due to spotty mail service but best mailing address for O&P is the 110 Roundabout Court, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 (we have a larger mailbox at this address).

4. Email – Not recommended for security reasons.
