REBECCA PARKS, CPA/PFS
Rebecca came to Richard E. Overman CPA, PA (now Overman & Parks CPAs PA) in November 2004.
Rebecca graduated from North Carolina State University with a Masters of Accounting degree after completing Bachelor degrees in Accounting and English at North Carolina Wesleyan College.
Rebecca became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 2013, and a partner at the Firm in 2015. She also earned her Personal Financial Specialist Credential (PFS) in 2025.
Rebecca serves on various Boards of Trustee including the Your Choice Resource Center, Ripe for Revival and Rocky Mount Little League Legacy Fund.
She and Ricky Parks have been married for almost 23 years. They and their three kids enjoy living and playing in the Rocky Mount area.
